This game is an updated version of the 1977 Cosmic Encounter game. Players play as
leaders of a colonization effort. Players have ships that travel throughout the universe
in order to gain worthiness as a Cosmic leader by using force, cunning, and diplomacy.
Each player attempts to win success in their own form of alien intelligence. The winning
player will be the first to have FIVE COLONIES on any planets outside their home system.
