When the chips are done...the dice are rolling, and pulses racing, there's a little
gambler in us all....The first player to reach $1,000 with no outstanding IOUs
wins the game.  If more than one player goes beyond $1000 at the same time
(for example, after a Sweepstakes), the player with the most money wins.
