DESCRIPTION
In Get Off My Back game players take turns spinning the spinner, which
identifies the number of Pelicans that must be placed on the back of the
Turtle and causes the Pelican to move towards the Tree. Play continues
until the Turtle moves under the Tree and gets the Pelicans Off His Back.
Players are eliminated as the Turtle continues to go under the Tree on each
round of play. The player remaining pelicans is declared the winner
