Pick up only your own color marbles. Place them, one-at-a-time,
only in the hands that are directly above your base section. Always
use your tongs to play - no fingers please! Never put your color
marbles in the hands above another player's base section. To win, be
the first player to place all 8 of your own color marbles in the hands
that are directly above your base section! The winning player gets to
switch GIGGLE WIGGLE OFF:
