The object of Harassment game is to collect the most points by
correctly predicting how your opponents will judge certain cases
of HARASSMENT.  If there are more than 6 people who want to
play HARASSMENT, play teams. Team rules are the same as for
an individual player.  However, only one person at a time can be
JUDGE.
