In this highly desired classic boardgame, buy properties, drill for
oil and link properties with pipelines in an attempt to collect
royalties and ultimately become the richest player.  Event cards
add to the excitement.  Drill with a rig up to three levels deep in a
randomized plastic game board with deeper levels costing more,
just like real life.
