DESCRIPTION - from the game
In Spy vs. Spy game you mission is to build a network of tunnels
to the bombs and bring them home safely.  Starting from you
home manhole, you build tunnels, one tile at a time, toward the
bombs.  Once you move out to a bomb with your Spy pawn, you
can try to take it home.  When you get a bomb home safely, you
get to follow the instructions under it, as a reward for your efforts.
