The object of NBA-opoly game is to score the highest number of
points possible, by buying and selling franchises of the National
Basketball Association.  Points are accumulated in 4 (four) ways:
1. By passing START, once the game begins;
2. By landing on an unowned franchise (top number);
3. By collecting a ROYAL TV from another player;
4. By receiving BONUS POINTS from "Pick up Cards".
