The object of NFL-OPOLY game is to score the highest number
of points possible.  Points are accumulated in (5) five ways:
1. By landing on, or passing KICKOFF, once play begins;
2. by landing on an UNOWNED TEAM/PLAYER;
3. by collecting a ROYALTY from another player;
4. by receiving BONUS POINTS from a wild card;
5. by collecting fines stored in LEAGUE OFFICE space.
