Pollution Solutions game contains several real world situations to teach players
how to clean pollution in their neighborhoods.  Players try to improve the
Environmental Quality of Life in the township by keeping their sections free from
pollution.  You are about to determine the fate of a township.  Open up the board
to see what your township looks like.  Buildings exist on this land.  People live
here.  But it is up to you to determine if the environment will be polluted or clean.
