In the Road Runner game Sylvester the Cat and Wile E. Coyote are always
trying to catch Tweety and the Road Runner.  It is a race they all seem to
enjoy and that's what happens in this game.  When a player succeeds in
TAGGING the Road Runner, as a reward he collects a CHARACTER
CARD.  Each card shows a picture of a character.  The first player who
succeeds in collecting each of the four characters is the winner.
