DESCRIPTION
Rummy Royal or Royal Rummy is known by many names,
such as Tripoley in North America, Poch in Europe (especially
in Germany) and Calliente in Australia.  In the United States
this game has been called Michigan Rummy and comes with a
game board and cards.  Some games include poker chips which
allow for wagering.  For the most part, all versions of this game
basically use the same rules
