DESCRIPTION
The object of Skittles game is to knock down as many of the skittles
(bowling pins) as possible using a spinning top.  Each skittle scores
(or sometimes deducts) various points.  Skittles are placed in different
sections of the game board and the top is launched from one end of the
game board.
