Welcome to STOPS NORTH AMERICAN EDITION. The objective of STOPS is to
listen to a clue, then identify which STOP (which State, Territory or Province) is being
described by that clue. STOPS can be played by tow, three or four individuals or
teams. Shuffle the cards prior to each game. If this is the first time that STOPS has
been played, shuffle the cards very thoroughly. In addition to the answer, each
STOPS card contains three clues: a difficult RED clue, a moderate WHITE clue and an
