DESCRIPTION
In Strategy Rummy game each player is dealt seven cards and everyone
antes one chip into the pot, then play proceeds as follows: 1) Draw a
card, 2) Discard a card, 3) Place a meld or lay off cards onto the vinyl
table cloth, and 4) Ask for bets from opponents. Players go out by
playing all seven cards from the hand onto the vinyl cloth. The player
with the most chips wins the game.
