DESCRIPTION - from the game
The object of Winning Ticket game is to make the most money
by winning Red and White Lotteries, Sweepstakes and the big
prizes in the game-ending Blue Lottery.  At the end of the game
each player returns his Rabbit's Foot and all tickets to the
board, then counts his cash...and the player with the most
money wins the game!
