| DESCRIPTION Shipping Wt: Approx. 3.5 lbs. In Seance game players bid on their dead Uncle Everett's possessions and the highest bidder can listen to messages from their dead Uncle by playing a record in the game desk. After players have bid on and acquired all the items, the record is turned over and Uncle Everett tells everyone the value of the items and how much tax is owed on items. At this point players figure out the value of their items and the player with the most cash is the winner. This game is a sequel to Milton Bradley's Voice of the Mummy game. |

| REPAIR NOTE: For Seance game enthusiasts, the following information is quoted from an online eBay seller, richburbage, who repaired this game: "The Sequel to the highly successful 1971 Voice of the Mummy Board Game. With the release of the Seance game 1972 came a redesigned record player from top to bottom. This new design was then shared with the Voice of the Mummy 1971 game still in production. The removal of the turntable speed controller is the first item noticed. A snubber diode was added across the motor to combat arcing, loss of motor torque and provide an exact voltage and current drop for the new designed motor. This setup allowed the turntable to maintain an exact RPM to hear the voice at the correct pitch as the battery became depleted. The Seance designed player added a new tone arm assembly and needle design with 2 adjacent Next Message levers" |
